Description

BERKANE is a specialist podiatry practice in Suwałki, whose founder, owner and podiatrist, Katarzyna Rozmysłowicz, is one of the first podiatrists in Poland.

Berkane, in addition to a certified podiatrist with extensive experience, employs a podiatry nurse and a podiatrist-physiotherapist. All this is to ensure that patients are treated with care and utmost professionalism. Berkane medical staff take full responsibility for their patients, are not afraid of challenges and even the most complex cases.

Berkane is most often visited by people with difficult problems. We always aim to make the right diagnosis, cure the ailment and educate our patients,” Katarzyna Rozmysłowicz says. “We would also like to invite anyone who wants to take care of their feet in a conscious and professional manner. It is our wish that patients leave us with full knowledge regarding their feet – so that they know what causes their discomfort and can rationally prevent it on their own, she adds.

Berkane specialists understand that each and every patient is different and their problems vary depending on a number of factors such as: gait biomechanics, toe structure, toenail structure, toenail cutting, age, lifestyle, type of footwear worn and diseases. There are also some genetic factors that are often beyond the patient’s control. At Berkane, people of all ages – teenagers, the elderly, women and men, patients with various diseases – receive help. Treatment offered here includes ingrown toenails, toenail fungus or deformities, corns, calluses, warts and problems associated with the so-called diabetic foot.

Aesthetic treatments, toenail reconstruction and professional care, i.e. podiatric pedicure, are also available. In numerous cases it is possible to help patients quickly and in a non-invasive way, so that the problems do not recur. What is most important is a right diagnosis and individually planned therapy. The practice stands out not only because of its medical staff and extensive experience, but also thanks to its holistic approach to the patient’s condition.

The podiatry practice is a place where people can be truly helped to regain walking comfort, enjoy aesthetic feet and which puts a smile on their faces.
